Join Art INC in our free Halloween Trunk or Treat event on Friday, October 31st from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Romain Arts and Culture Center. In collaboration with S.O.L.V.E., ART INC's violence-prevention and recovery program, the event will feature decorated trunks, food, music, and candy! 🎃👻
