About this Event

Join us for a cozy, spirited evening of Halloween fun at Lavender Fields! Gather your friends, dress in your favorite costume, and enjoy spooky stories, creativity, and a little cottage magic.

Your evening includes:

Halloween Mystery Book Craft: Wrap and decorate a book with a Halloween theme to take home or give as a gift. Your book and all craft materials are included!
Ghost Stories with Ava: Settle in for spooky tales and local legends. They say our store is haunted… perhaps you’ll leave with a story of your own!
Legends & Lore Mini Tour with Ava: Step outside for a guided stroll along East Main Street and discover the mysterious side of Port Jefferson Village. Ava will share local legends, intriguing village history, and tales of rumored hauntings, bringing a little of the past to life as you explore familiar streets after dark.
Costume Contest: Come dressed up for your chance to win a prize! Only guests in costume may enter the contest.
Appetizers & a Themed Drink: Enjoy light bites and a festive beverage.
Goodie Bags & After-Hours Shopping: Take home a treat and browse the shop during our private evening event.

Bring a cat food donation and receive a gift! Part of the ticket proceeds also supports the Port Jefferson cats.

Costumes are encouraged, but you’re welcome to attend without one. Come with friends or join us on your own for a memorable evening!

Please wear comfortable walking shoes and bring a layer for the mini tour. If the weather doesn’t cooperate, we’ll enjoy Ava’s legends and lore indoors.
