Step right up and join us for a night of thrills, chills, and unforgettable fun! The Cabell County Public Library invites you to be part of our 22nd Annual Gala: An Evening at the Haunted Carnival, taking place on Saturday, October 18, 2025, at 6:00 PM at the Main Library in downtown Huntington.

It’s going to be a night filled with excitement and enhancement—think carnival-inspired delicacies, signature drinks, a live DJ, dancing, captivating entertainment, and daringly spooky decorations. Whether you come dressed in your favorite costume or cocktail attire, this is a celebration you won’t want to miss.

And while the fun will be in full force, your involvement will help us continue our vital mission to foster literacy and support learning throughout our community. Our library system is the heart of Cabell County, with over 240,000 visitors in 2023 alone, and 14,400 individuals using our meeting rooms. We’re proud to be a hub of activity, with 76,700 children and adults attending programs and over 850 school visits last year. Your sponsorship will directly benefit our diverse range of services, resources, and programs that make a meaningful impact on the lives of many community members every day.
