The Borough of Red Bank Dept. of Parks and Recreation to host the 76th Annual Halloween Parade Sunday October 20th (rain date: Oct. 27th)1PM line-up at E Bergen Place and Hudson Avenue
Parade starts moving at 2:00 PM
Ending with a celebration at the White Street parking lot
