This fun, safe, and family-friendly event is FREE!Tons of South Cape businesses will be handing out candy, so stroll at your own pace and visit as many spots as you like! And don’t worry about parking—there’s plenty of free public parking available!We’ve even got limo buses for you and the kiddos to ride in style! Stops include: Big John's Plaza & Zak’s Jewelry
