The 4th Annual Pumpkin Walk & Bottle Drive is a FREE & magical event held by Soraya Hafez Community Playground Committee.We are a small group of volunteers who are working with the City of Edmonton to build a playground next to Soraya Hafez Public School in the northeast Edmonton Community of McConachie.
Our annual Pumpkin Walk is one way we can thank our local playground supporters from over the past 4 years of fundraising.
Each year, immediately following Halloween, we encourage you to drop off your carved pumpkins (free of toxins) at the pathway next to Soraya Hafez School at 980 McConachie BLVD NW (off 170th Avenue). Pumpkin Drop off can be anytime before 4:30pm on Friday Nov 1st. We ask for this timeline because it provides us 2 hours to set up the pumpkins along the pathway and light them up before the event starts. Don't worry, we will still accept pumpkins during the event, if you can't drop off your pumpkins before 4:30pm.
Whether you'd like to donate your pumpkins or join in the magic of this event, we look forward to more pumpkins and increasing attendance numbers each year!

🎃PUMPKINS REQUIREMENTS: MUST BE SUITABLE FOR FARM ANIMALS - NO PAINT, TOXINS, TOOTHPICKS
🎃DONATIONS: FOR SORAYA HAFEZ COMMUNITY PLAYGROUND WILL BE ACCEPTED!
