Investigate the Ghosts of Graestone Manor and Visit the Midsummer Artisan Market on June 20st, 2026 featuring psychics, tarot readings, craft vendors, wine tastings, oddities, and more! ARTISAN MARKET and LECTURE SERIES tickets are only $25. VIP investigation tickets and room tickets which include investigation are also available.
Every ticket includes a meet and greet with Adam Berry from Kindred Spirits and Ghost Hunters on the Travel Channel, plus paranormal lectures featuring Adam, Heather Mattison, and others!

Please note a General Admission or VIP ticket is REQUIRED for entry into the Artisan Market, Lectures, and meet and greet.
Our list of vendors, psychics, and oddities experts is growing. These extraordinary artisans will showcase what they do best throughout the day—ever wanted a psychic or tarot reading, want to find the perfect addition to your eclectic sense of style, or want to spend the day around other amazing people who love paranormal, metaphysical, and eccentric events? Our Midsummer Artisan Market is the perfect activity for a beautiful Saturday in June!
Throughout the day, you will have the opportunity to attend a meet and greet with Adam Berry and attend all of the paranormal lectures featuring Adam, Heather, and others.
12pm Guests arrival start and check in! All ticket holders (VIP & General Admission) may check in starting at 12pm. Again, the market is open all day so there’s no rush if you would like to take your time. Parking at Graestone Manor will be marked with posted signs.
CHECK IN will be at the house. Please look for check in signs! Once you have checked in you are free to roam the market and visit all the wonderful vendors, listen to the lectures, and enjoy the day. Please check in BEFORE you shop til you drop!
1pm - 4pm - Meet and Greet with Adam Berry from Kindred Spirits and Ghost Hunters - Meet Adam for a photo opportunity and snag exclusive merch, his new book Goodbye Hello in paperback with added material, t-shirts, Haunted Life zip hoodies, hats, tote bags, and other amazing items. He is the host of our event so you will see him around all day during the market, lectures, and more importantly leading the VIP investigation with Heather Mattison.

1pm - Michael Hawley - Preeminent author and researcher on Jack the Ripper
2pm - Patti Giglio - Author of local history and folklore.
3pm - Bewitched Buffalo Dancers Performance -Be Witched Buffalo is our ever growing group of enchanting, witchy, folk dancing women in the WNY area. Our dance style is modelled after the Wolfshager Hexenbrut troupe in Germany, and we carry on their traditions coupled with our own choreography. We are self taught- no professional dancers here- just fun loving, passionate witchy women.
4:30pm - Lecture with Q&A - Adam Berry and Heather Mattison
6pm - Artisan Market Ends!
INVESTIGASTION
7pm - 12am - VIP INVESTIGATION TICKET HOLDERS: Investigate Graestone Manor with Adam Berry & Heather Mattison and team. VIP TICKETS STILL AVAILABLE.
7pm - 10:30pm Group Investigation - We will split all VIPs into small groups and rotate to different spots on the property. You will be lead by a wonderful team of investigators and everyone will have the opportunity to investigate with Adam and Heather.
10:30pm - Midnight - Free Roam Investigation - This is your chance to explore Graestone Manor and the grounds on your own (if you dare)! A perfect chance to revisit your favorite spot of the night or see something new on your own. Adam, Heather, and the team will be around to answer any questions you may have or to assist in your individual investigation moment.
