About this Event

☾ About THE BODY:

The Cedar Falls Ghost Tour and NRG Pilates are teaming up to offer a unique Pilates after dark experience!

Attendees will begin the evening with an exclusive, small-group beginner reformer Pilates class—no prior Pilates experience is necessary, and all are encouraged to wear exercise-safe Halloween or black attire! Afterwards, attendees will learn about the history of the building and the spirits that may still linger there, before being led into behind-the-scenes spaces that are normally off-limits to the public.

With only eight spots available each night, THE BODY offers an unusual opportunity to try reformer Pilates, explore a familiar Cedar Falls building from an entirely different perspective, and perhaps leave wondering what—or who—might still be lingering there after the last class ends each night.
