Julie & Soesen are back with another wonderful day of yoga & sound therapy...
Come and connect with your highest wisdom through the vibration of sound and energy movement of yoga!
The first half of the day will be spent connecting with our bodies through Iyengar yoga.
We will then break for a delicious hearty vegan lunch.
In the afternoon we will learn how to heal with our voices, sing some simple uplifting songs and finish with a deeply healing and rejuvenating sound bath session.
The days retreat will provide you with a complete immersion of sound, yoga and healing for the mind, body and soul.
Lunch and equipment is included.
No experience necessary.
All you will need to bring is a yoga mat.
