Where is West Hollywood Halloween Carnaval?

The festivities start at 6PM and go on until 11:30PM in the city of West Hollywood. Start at Santa Monica Boulevard from Doheny Drive up to La Cienega Boulevard. Plus there are lots of insane after parties in various watering holes and multiple stages around town.

West Hollywood Halloween Carnaval History:

The event started out in 1987 as a platform to showcase the diverse culture of Los Angeles and today it’s one of the city’s biggest parties of the year. And that’s saying a lot considering the City of Angels’ reputation for throwing all kinds of social gatherings and epic nightlife.
