Enjoy bites, sips and mini wellness experiences from local vendors — massage, Theragun and more. Experience the sauna and cold plunge. Tour the Wellness Lab. Meet others into wellness and fitness. Then we’ll head out as a group for a short wellness trick-or-treat walk along University Ave., with stops at Forno Tony, Sager Beer Works and more TBA.

Flow of the Day – Choose your own wellness pre-game. Take one class or both, explore the wellness vendors, book a sauna and cold plunge session.
