Hey, Disney Fans!!We're ringing in the New Year with UpD23! This event will be full of Disney fun, and of course, Disney music!
We will close out 2022 with UpDog on December 31st, followed by a cookout and games at Cedar Run! We will also be celebrating 2023 with MORE UpDog on January 1st, so this is a great opportunity to get your first points toward UPDIF 2024!
If you want to have a little extra fun, dress up in your favorite Disneybounds!
We will be up to watch the Ball drop at midnight if you want to stick around for that on Saturday!
People will likely be shooting fireworks around once it gets dark, so if that makes your dog(s) nervous, consider dropping them off at home or wherever you're staying before coming back to eat, drink, and ring in the New Year.
For those that are new, UpDog is extremely beginner friendly, and we will go over each game before we play. Our number one goal is to make sure your dog is having fun!
Dogs of any age can play. However, your dog must be at least 12 months old to earn points in Crossover games (?) or 16 months old to play Freestyle (?).
We will be offering awards based on DIVISIONS. Please read the below criteria carefully. This is based per team, not per handler.
If your team has scored 31+ points more than once in Throw N Go, 29+ points more than once in Greedy, and 100+ points more than once in Frizgility, you are considered a Masters team.
If you do not meet all three score requirements for these games, you are in the Open division.
Our Head Judges will be Ashton Bemis and Megan Pyles. Melissa Moerland will be our trial Secretary and Treasurer.
We will be offering one round of each game, but we can add a second round for points only depending on time and entries.
First Player's Meeting will begin at 11:00AM on Saturday and 9:00AM on Sunday.

All games are Level 1. Freestyle may be played as Level 1 or 2.
Pre-registration is $10/round. Day-of entries (if available) are $12/round. For Exhibition Only (FEO) entries are $5/round. Try-it rounds are FREE for brand new teams!

Full payment will be required 10 days prior to the trial. Failure to pay may result in forfeiting your runs to a waitlisted teams.

Ribbon awards will be offered for all games with a minimum of six unique team entries in both the Open and Masters divisions. Printed awards will be available as an alternative.
Our playing field is fenced on three sides but if a dog is determined, it will be able to escape. There are cows on one side of the property, but they do not come up next to the playing field. If your dog manages to get through the fence and harass the cows, you will be asked to leave. We do not want to cause issues between property owners, nor do we want anyone (dog, cow, or human) to get hurt.
Plenty of parking is available. Restroom on site but not wheelchair accessible.
Please come prepared with a way to contain your dog (car, crate, ex-pen, etc.).
