About this Event
About this Event
Join me for my first solo-hosted workshop! 🎃💥
Last fall, I took myself on a pumpkin smashing solo date because I was carrying a lot that I knew I needed to release. I felt so free and liberated after smashing that pumpkin to oblivion, and I want to create a safe space for other girlies to join me and experience that feeling too.
So, I present to you: Untethered. A guided self-love & pumpkin smashing workshop centered around letting go of what’s no longer serving you so you can reconnect with yourself in a healthier way.
Come solo or bring a friend and come ready to let go of some things that you’ve been holding onto and leave feeling untethered.
🍂 Your ticket includes:
- 1 large pumpkin
- A bat to use during the experience
- Materials to write with
- Guided self-love activities
- Guided pumpkin smashing
- Guided breathwork session
- Food
- Drinks (non-alcoholic)
- A curated goodie bag
- Surprises & more
18+. PLEASE BRING A MAT OR BLANKET TO SIT ON AS THIS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED. DRESS COMFY WITH CLOSED TOE SHOES. FREE PARKING.
