About Rice Blossoms
Rice Blossoms brings a modern, elevated take on traditional Korean rice cakes, pairing careful steaming with intricate floral designs and a balance of sweet and savory flavors. Most of their desserts are vegan and gluten-free, made with simple ingredients like rice flour, water, and sugar.
Jennifer Lee Ban, aka Mama Ban, founded the brand after leaving a career in interior design and discovering the art of Korean dessert making while searching for healthy, creative snacks for her daughter. What started as a personal search turned into a mission: to modernize Korean desserts and share them, steamed with love, one rice cake at a time.
Now it's your turn to get hands-on and bring a piece of that tradition home with you! πΈ
