ONE DAY EVERYBODY'S TALKING ABOUT JAMIE WORKSHOP

This course will be run by Theatre School of Scotland coaches, as well as our special guest, Gillian Ford, who is straight from the West End cast of Everybody’s Talking About Jamie as Miss Hedge.

Originally from Stirling, Scotland, Gillian trained in Musical Theatre at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts.

Shortly after graduating she made her West End debut in Andrew Lloyd Webbers production of The Sound of Music at the London Palladium. She then returned home to appear in Pitlochry Festival Theatre’s Repertory Season where productions included: It’s a Wonderful Life, Whisky Galore, A Servant o' Twa Maisters, What Every Woman Knows and The Prime of Miss Jean Brodie. She was a principal vocalist onboard the Queen Elizabeth and Color Magic cruise ships. Gillian also toured the UK in Mamma Mia! covering and playing the role of Donna.

Most recently Gillian appeared in the West End cast of Everybody’s Talking About Jamie as Miss Hedge. A role she reprised last year for the show’s American premiere in Los Angele

Take part in upbeat vocal warm-up and learn techniques used by West End performers and be ready to learn vocal material from the musical and learn a choreographed routine from Everybody's Talking About Jamie, with a Q&A with coaches and guests.

This course is aimed at budding actors, singers’ dancers and young MT performers who are keen to learn from the best in the industries best.
