🎃👻 CALLING ALL VENDORS & VOLUNTEERS! 👻🎃3rd Annual Trunk or Treat on the River
🗓️ October 19th | 📍 Ruby River Hotel – Spokane, WA
We’re back and bigger than ever! Last year, over 1,000+ guests came through for candy, costumes, and community fun — and this year, we’re turning up the magic by welcoming vendors, makers, and creatives to join the fun!
🎨 WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
VOLUNTEER TRUNK DECORATORS or BOOTHS:
• Trunk Hosts – FREE to participate! (We had 30+ last year!)
✨ Community members ✨ Businesses
(Great way to network and get your name and product out to 1000+ people in a fun and affordable way!)
✨ Non-profits & community groups
Bonus: Trunk decorators can win fantastic prizes!
VENDOR DETAILS:
• Indoor Vendor Booth – $25 (8x8)
• Outdoor Vendor Booth – $20 (10x10)
✨ Small businesses
✨ Artists & crafters
✨ Local makers
✨ Service Providers
What to Expect:
This is a family-friendly, FREE community event — a great way to support local, give back, and celebrate spooky season on the beautiful Spokane River.
Trunk Decorators: Create a spooky and festive trunk display, hand out candy, and promote your business or community services.
Food: Osprey Restaurant is selling hotdogs and other items at their booth or dine-in and order off the menu with a discount.
Vendors: Local vendors and small businesses will be selling their items and offering services in our Shoreline Ballroom and Garden Area.
Live Music: We had an amazing artist last year playing live music on the Osprey Patio for everyone to enjoy!
