Details

Put on your Sinister Footwear… because The Torture Never Stops.
Join Treacherous Cretins at the world-famous Cavern Club on Monday 26 October 2026 for a very special Frank Zappa Halloween show – a dark, electrifying celebration of Zappa’s music on his favourite holiday.
Frank Zappa loved Halloween, and the Cretins honour that spirit with a spine-chilling set packed with twisted classics, cult favourites, and deep cuts from across his legendary catalogue. Expect fearless musicianship, sharp satire, and songs rarely (if ever) performed live – even by Zappa himself.
🎸 60 Years of Freak Out!
2026 marks 60 years since the release of Freak Out!, Zappa’s groundbreaking debut with The Mothers of Invention. To celebrate, Treacherous Cretins will take audiences on a journey through every era of Frank’s music – from late-60s psychedelic chaos, through virtuosic 70s experimentation, right up to the politically charged material from his final 1988 tour.
🎃 What to Expect
• A Halloween-themed Frank Zappa spectacular
• Classic tracks, fan favourites & deep cuts
• Rare songs never previously performed live
• An intimate Cavern Club atmosphere
• A unique tribute to one of music’s true originals
⚠️ Please note:
Robert “Bobby” Martin will not be performing with Treacherous Cretins on this occasion due to ill health.
