Townsfolk Make Halloween

Join us for a special fundraiser halloween party.

Featuring a Costume parade, special games and prizes.

There will be some Blood On The Clocktower games, but please note this will not be for the entire event and event capacity has been increased with different games and activities in mind, and clocktower games will not be guaranteed.

The event is PWYC, with a suggested donation of £5, our first paid event, money raised will be split with local charity LGBT Health and Wellbeing and a fund for future TMG events and organiser costs. This can be given via details shared in the chat or cash at the event.

No one will be turned away due to a lack of funds.

Particpation in the costume parade is optional , when you arrive you will be asked to sign up with your name, a brief description of your costume and how you'd like to be announced as you walk the 'runway'

please avoid any costumes or props that feature glitter or anything that could damage the venue, other attendees or game materials.

Housekeeping Rules:

We strive to create a comfortable and safe space, so we have some guidelines and rules for all attendees.

Safe-Space:

There will be zero tolerance to anti-social behaviour, discrimination towards anyone or any group of people, including, but not limited to, any race, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender identity or income level.

Any behaviour that disrupts the event and enjoyment of others will not be tolerated.

You will be asked to leave the game, and the venue staff will also be informed.

You will be asked to wear a name badge. If you are comfortable doing so, please share your pronouns on this too, and please take a moment to read other players' name badges and respect each other's pronouns.

Food and Drink:

There will be breaks between games and activities,and this is the best chance to buy drinks, but we also encourage everyone to support the venue and buy drinks throughout , so if you need to order food and drink during the game, please do so during the 'day' phases and take a player with you, to continue gameplay conversations. Please also inform the storyteller, who can provide you with timings and help cause the least interruption and delay to the game and fellow players. Please sacrifice your own time, not your fellow players.

We also ask that you are aware of your own limits.

Mobile Phones:

We try and create an appropriate atmosphere for the event, and we ask you to help us with that,so please where possible, keep your phone on silent or vibrate.
