Four Powerful Rituals:

Friday – Arrival + Welcoming + Intention Setting + Warm up Exercises + Ritual #1 + Optional dinner with your facilitators, Lin & Andy.

Saturday - Warm up Exercises for Ritual #2 + Warm up Exercises for Ritual #3 + Expect an exploration of power, shadow, intimacy, and liberation. With a hint of Halloween magic.

Sunday - Optional Sauna session to relax & soften + Warm up Exercises for Ritual #4 + Integration + Reflection & closing circle.

Nourishment for Body & Soul:

Friday dinner: Optional and self-funded at a nearby restaurant — a casual chance to connect and ground. NB: During the day - Light snacks and refreshments provided

Saturday: Nourishing, conscious meals provided by a local food van

Sunday: Light snacks and refreshments provided
