This workout is our Ruck Club Callout for December. It’s aptly named and it’s definitely challenging, but it’s also scalable to all ability levels so don’t feel intimidated. We’re here to have fun as we put in the work!You can do the full version, or scale it to fit your fitness level.
What to Bring:
• A rucksack aka backpack (Rucker recommended)
• Ruck Plate = You pick the weight
• Sandbag (20-80lbs)
• Hydration: Bladder Source 3L or thermos recommended
• [optional] Gloves (1 pair) Not medical gloves, working gloves, for workout, as needed
• [optional] Hand Sanitizer/Wipes - 1 bottle Purell, 1 package of baby wipes (or equivalent)
If you don't have a ruck or sandbag, no problem. Bodyweight exercise modifications are optional. We also have extra rucks and sandbags to loan out.
FULL WORKOUT:
-Slick (no ruck):
100 burpees
1 mile run
50 burpees
1 mile run
-With ruck 30/20#:
100 man makers
1 mile ruck
50 man makers
1 mile ruck
-Slick(no ruck):
100 push-ups
100 sit ups
100 air squats
100 4ct mountain climbers
100 4ct jumping jacks
100 4ct flutter kicks
-With ruck 30/20#:
100 ruck press/leg lift
100 plank ruck pull through
100 ruck twists
