Enjoy cooking demos and presentations from Pulse experts. Meet our celebrity mascots, Tase T. Lentil, Dan D. Pea and Chelsea Chickpea as well as WSU's Butch T. Cougar! Stay for the day and don't forget to save room for a free bowl of locally sourced lentil chili from the world's largest chili bowl!
