The Juneteenth Kick-off Mixer

Details

The Kick-off Mixer is a pre-celebration event to highlight the Galveston United

Juneteenth Alliance members and other organizations and community leaders

to come together to celebrate all of the activities taking place over the

Juneteenth weekend. It is an opportunity to come to the Nia Cultural Center

where the Juneteenth legacy Project Headquarters is located as well as the

Absolute Equality Mural. It is also one of the sites of the Juneteenth Tours. There

will be live music, entertainment, and an artist. The event will feature live

entertainment, food, refreshments, and an opportunity to Network.
