as we get closer to halloween, the veil begins to thin which increases are perception, intuition, and clair abilities. this is the perfect time for us to tap in to collective consciousness and receive increased guidance and downloads for our path. we will be working to connect to this energy through curated journal prompts, in depth oracle guidance, restorative yoga, & an immersive sound bath meant to promote balance and duality.
this is a pay what you can, sliding scale event with a suggested donation of $10-30.

Info: Doors will open at 6:45pm for you to grab a spot, make tea, grab a light snack, or connect in the garden before we begin. Doors will be locked promptly at 7:45p or prior to the beginning of our meditation practice for safety.
Info: I will provide an intro & overview of the event to introduce myself and begin the process to create a shared, safe space through intention setting and call & response.
Info: We will open our bodies for integration, visualization, & grounding through guided breathwork practice using the 3 part breath to represent the 3 parts of ourselves we will be connecting with.
Info: Journaling prompts will be provided to help encourage reflection and connection with a part of yourself that will represent each stage we are targeting. Bring your journal for this for in depth reflection. Journaling sheets will also be provided.
Info: Open the body for release and restoration through a restorative yoga practice. This type of yoga includes poses held for longer periods of time to help release stagnant energy stored in the body. We will focus heavily on heart & hip openers as these are areas where the body naturally stores trauma & energy.
Info: Realign your body and cells through sound healing. Sound healing combines vibration, cymatics, and entrainment which help increase the reception of your cells, realign them with their purpose, and improve their reception.
Info: Take time to integrate in the garden, through journaling, or resting in spacious awareness after our sound healing session.
