On Thursday October 23 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. guests locals and their furry companions are invited to join The Elser for a festive Halloween event hosted in partnership with the CRS Police Department. The afternoon will feature a doggie costume contest where pups can show off their most creative spooky or adorable Halloween looks.
