🍂 BOO. BREATHE. CONNECT.
We’re creating a space for people to step outside, get moving, meet new faces, and enjoy the simple things that make us feel good. Whether you’re a regular hiker or just looking for a reason to get outdoors, you belong here.
Spending time in nature and engaging in physical activity can support our mental well-being, help us manage stress, and give us opportunities to connect with others. Sometimes, a little fresh air and good company are exactly what we need.
You don’t have to be the fastest, the fittest, or have it all figured out. Just show up as you are.
👻 What to expect
• A refreshing outdoor hike
• An opportunity to meet new people and build community
• Movement at a welcoming, inclusive pace
• Fresh air, fall scenery, and a little spooky-season spirit
🌿 A little reminder
Bring water, wear comfortable hiking shoes, dress for the weather, and come ready to enjoy the experience.
The Sweat Society Club is about more than fitness. It’s about creating a community where people can move, connect, and feel like they belong.
We can’t wait to meet you. 🧡
