Summer Concert Series

Join us for our annual 5-week concert series on Thursday evenings from June 6 through July 4. This year, enjoy new music genres from soul to bluegrass, and almost everything in between. Live music starts under the sunset at 7:30 PM.
Before you find your spot on the Plaza or set up your picnic around the lake, be sure and order takeout from your Bradley Fair favorites or try something new from some local food trucks. Kid-friendly pre-show activities will take place beginning at 6 PM to keep the little ones entertained while dining al fresco.
June 6th – Keo & Them
Meet Keo, a Texas-born singer/songwriter now based in Wichita, who believes making music is about both the songs and the meaningful connections forged during the artistic journey. Formed in 2019, Keo & Them is more than just a band; it’s a collective of musicians and collaborators, each leaving a distinct mark on the project’s evolving sound. With influences ranging from 70’s pop/R&B to contemporary neo-soul, alt R&B, and beyond, Keo & Them embraces the eclectic, allowing Keo to immerse herself in the Wichita music scene.

June 13th – Pretend Friend
Pretend Friend is a genre-defying progressive bluegrass band out of Wichita, Kansas. Releasing new music and touring since 2017, Pretend Friend sounds like the quick-pickin’ offspring of Robert Plant and the Stanley Brothers playing high-energy performances loaded with improv jams and harmonies.

June 20th – King Cabbage Brass Band
Since arriving on the Tulsa music scene, King Cabbage has taken the region by storm with its infectious blend of classic brass band tunes, modern covers, and original music. Their sound fuses the popular New Orleans brass band style with an eclectic blend of pop, R&B, hip-hop, and funk. Typical performances include renditions of recent favorites by artists like Beyoncé, Outkast, Justin Timberlake, and Rage Against The Machine, as well as their own spin on the brass band standards of NOLA.

June 27th – The Canterberries
The Canterberries are an indie/folk female trio comprised of lifelong friends, Abby Parra, Hannah Dahlor and Emma Vogt. They’ve been best friends since the age of 5 and have always enjoyed harmonizing, whether in grade school choir, college a cappella, or just in the car. In 2020, they started learning covers of songs by their favorite artists in their house on Canterbury Road and now enjoy performing with their amazing band around the Kansas City area.

July 4th – Daydream
Daydream is a 9-piece funk/fusion horn band from Wichita, KS that plays thoughtful, original compositions that groove. The group consists of local college music professors, Wichita Symphony members, band & orchestra teachers, and professional musicians.

Stick around following Daydream’s performance for our firework finale show! Fireworks will begin around 9:30 PM.
Lakeside Picnic-Style Seating
Blankets and lawn chairs may be set up as a picnic spot along the grassy area that surrounds Bradley Fair Lake.
