Two worlds collide again and we are inviting you in for an afternoon of special fun; Lifted Spiritss & Thee Hemp Co style!!
Meet n mingle from 11am-12pm with goodies from the host for you to sip and snack on before we start our session! Meditation and yoga led by Erin Scherer of Lifted Spiritss, but throw a little HALLOWEEN twist in to the flow!
From 12-1pm you can expect a beginner friendly slow stretch to warm up, followed by a halloween themed yoga flow that will be slow enough to enjoy, and sure to bring the giggles and fun!
No pressure to perform. No expectations of perfection. Just some good old fun while moving our bodies and lifting our spirits and souls!
Bring your own yoga mat and water. Limited to 12 participants. $36 per person
