Join us for a weekend of scrapbooking/cardmaking/Junk Journaling/diamond artThursday at 12 pm -Sunday 2 pm.
The cost includes hotel accommodations, 6’ table workspace, door prizes, onsite vendors, ice/water will be set up in the crop room, Keurig available (bring your own K-cups), snacks will be provided throughout the weekend, Breakfast available every morning in the Hotel Lobby, WiFi, goodie bags, chance to win the GRAND PRIZE.
wall & floor outlets available for power (bring extension cords and power strips)
Hotel Room check-in is 3 pm. The Marriot 1036 Woodruff Rd. Greenville, SC
Crop room check-in on Thursday is 12 pm.
Hotel has an indoor pool and a gym!
Theme: Spooky Sweet Candy Land (Daily group pictures at 5 pm-Thursday, Friday & Saturday)
Color scheme: Orange, Bright Green & Purple
Be creative! Feel free to decorate your workspace and earn extra tickets for the GRAND PRIZE!
(You do not have to participate in the theme days, they are just for FUN and EXTRA chances for GRAND PRIZE!!)
THURSDAY: Halloween shirt
FRIDAY: Boo Crew-Oversized White t-shirt decorated with a facial expression, paired with black leggings and glittery accessories
Friday Night Halloween Pajama Party 8 pm-midnight
SATURDAY: Caught in the Web-Dress in all black and accent with spiderweb shawls or headbands
Saturday Night Halloween Costume Contest at 9 pm
SUNDAY: Palmetto Scrappers t-shirt
4 DAY RETREAT:
Single $595.00 (If you choose not to have a roommate then your TOTAL will be $595.00
Double $375.00 (BEST VALUE!!!) Room has 2-Queen beds, microwave, and a refrigerator. This rate is based on min. of 2 people staying in the room (NO DISCOUNT FOR ADDING MORE TO YOUR ROOM, JUST A WHOLE LOT MORE FUN!!!!!
Local scrappers can attend to crop only for $185.00 (THIS OPTION IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE)
You will have full access to the crop room from Thursday-Sunday, the last person in the room will shut it down. Cameras are located at the door in the foyer, so everything is always being watched! Each scrapper/crafter will get your own 6’ table to work on. (I ask that you respect the space of others and plan to use stackable shelves and build up on your table instead of around you on the floor) You are welcome to bring your own office chair but it CANNOT be oversized and in the way! Bring extension cords. Restrooms are located in the crop area, easy loading and unloading at the crop room door.
Construction is expected to be complete by August!!!
Hotel is located near many restaurants, Target, Hobby Lobby, Michael's, and much more. Great location! Consider time of the day, the traffic can be terrible!
Each person will receive a check in gift. Door prizes all weekend, onsite shopping and vendors will be offering classes for an additional cost.
Meals are NOT included- Everyone is welcome to bring snacks to share. The hotel does serve FREE breakfast!
