Get ready for ***SPOOKY BNB HALLOWEEN EDITION***🎃 Join us for a high-energy workout filled with spooky vibes, killer beats, and a whole lot of BOO-TY burning!🕸️
Bandz N’ Booty combines dance cardio with targeted lower- body strength training using resistance bands. We’ll turn up the music with heart-pumping choreography, then transition into glute, leg, and core sculpting to leave you feeling strong, confident, and energized.
**COSTUMES ENCOURAGED!** Whether you want to go all out or just add a little Halloween flair, feel free to dress up in your favorite costume! Just make sure you can comfortably dance, squat, and move it. Costumes are completely optional!
No dance experience is needed, and all fitness levels are welcome. Just come ready to move, laugh, sweat, and have a wicked good time!
