DILA is giving back to our special needs community by hosting a trunk or treat. Staff and our individuals we serve will decorating the agency vehicles so other special needs individuals in the community can have a safe place to trick or treat. Community vehicle participation is welcomed. Vehicle set up starts at 3p with completion including plenty of treats to be done by 4:30pm.
