Soul Crackers has been one of the most popular dance bands in the DC area since 1982, performing Motown and rhythm & blues classic hits. Featuring Washington Music Hall of Fame inductee Tommy Lepson, the Too Much Sisters Anita King and Caz Gardiner plus horns and one of the longest running rhythm sections in town. Costumes are encouraged and there will be a costume contest with prizes. Doors open at 7 pm. The Elks features a big dance floor & full bar & there is easy and Free parking
