Smash pumpkins and release stress! Enjoy meaningful reflection, and a playful wellness experience designed to help you let go & start fresh
About this EventReady to let go of the things weighing you down? Experience a one-of-a-kind Pumpkin Smashing Experience inspired by the changing seasons, the beauty of fresh starts, and the freedom of letting go.
Created for adults who crave a fresh perspective, a little chaos, and a lot of laughter, this unique fall wellness experience invites you to step away from your everyday routine, reconnect with yourself, and make room for what comes next.
As the leaves change and a new season unfolds, we'll take time to reflect on what we're ready to leave behind. Maybe it's stress, fear, self-doubt, old habits, or simply the things that have been weighing you down. Through guided reflection, you'll have space to acknowledge what's been holding you back and consider what you'd like to welcome into your life instead.
Then comes the fun part: the pumpkin smash! 🎃
Choose your release. Lift, throw, and smash your pumpkin in a designated area, or grab a mallet and break it apart piece by piece under guided safety instructions. Every crack is a playful reminder that you don't have to carry everything into your next chapter.
This isn't just another fall activity. It's an opportunity to combine creative expression, self-reflection, stress relief, and seasonal fun in a welcoming space where you can laugh, let loose, and reconnect with yourself.
