TICKETS & TABLES SALES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

By Purchasing a ticket to this event, I agree that ticket & table sales for this event are NON-REFUNDABLE and all sales are FINAL. By purchasing a ticket or reserving a table, I assume responsibility at my own risk and have no rights to a refund if this event is canceled for any reason including but not restricted to: divine intervention, natural catastrophe, government intervention, new COVID-19 restrictions, personal perspective & evaluations, or any other Force Majeure event beyond the reasonable control of the event organizer. All sales of tickets and tables are non-refundable. All sales are final. There will be no refunds for this event under any circumstances and by purchasing a ticket (online or at the door) you agree to the organizer's no-refund policy.

1. Non-Refundability: All ticket and table reservations are non-refundable. This policy is clearly communicated at the time of purchase and serves as acknowledgment of this condition upon transaction completion.

Under no circumstances, including but not limited to, divine intervention, natural catastrophe, government intervention, personal perspective & evaluations, artist or event cancelations, new COVID-19 restrictions, or any other Force Majeure events beyond the reasonable control of the event organizer, will refunds be issued. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your attendance at the event, including but not limited to risks of injury, illness, damage, loss, or expenses of any kind (“Claims”).

Release and Waiver: You hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless the venue, event promoters, vendors, and each of their respective parents, members, partners, affiliates, divisions, subsidiaries, and landlords, along with their officers, directors, and employees, from any Claims arising out of or related to your attendance at the event.
4. Event Continuity: This event will proceed rain or shine, and refunds will not be provided due to weather conditions or changes in personal perspective or evaluation.
5. Force Majeure: In the unlikely event that unforeseen circumstances beyond the organizer's control necessitate the cancellation of the event, please understand that no refunds will be issued due to such occurrences.
6. Transfer and Credit Options: While refunds are not available, we offer the option to transfer your ticket to another person or to receive credit toward a future event. Terms and conditions for transfers or credits apply and will be communicated upon request.
