SESSIONS 003 is here with TRICK OR TRAIN : a co-ed Halloween training experience built around movement, music and community.
For one night, DUALITY takes over PMST for a circuit based athletic training session combining strength, conditioning and movement in a high-energy environment designed to feel more like a training club than a traditional fitness class.
The evening begins with time to arrive, check in and settle into the space before moving into a 45-minute workout. From there, the night opens into recovery, partner moments, music and time to connect.
