Part 2~ “Building a Self Love Intention Bottle”

Join Kailey as she leads us in the making of our own personal self love intention bottle and sigil. For individuals coming only to this portion, we recommend arriving at 1:15 to get checked in. During this workshop, we briefly will be covering the importance and power of working from a place of self love. The majority of our time will be spent creating our self love sigil and creating our self love bottles.
A sigil briefly explained is a symbol created based off of a statement of intention so that your outcome is a symbol that is personal to you that represents your intention. Kailey will be walking us through the creative process in doing this.
Our self love bottles will be filled with various stones and herbs- and we will be learning the significance behind why we’re using each item in our bottle. This helps us infuse our intention into our bottle. To close out our creation process we will be drawing our sigil on a small piece of paper and placing it in our bottle to seal with wax, sealing our intention into the bottle. Our finished intention bottle makes for a great visualization item in your personal self love and self care practice while you meditate on your intention that went into your bottle.
We have broken up the day into two separate portions for individuals just seeking information from the first half or for individuals that did not wish to create something in the second half. ?
