Ready for the Tucson agility season to start back up? Our first trial of the season, USDAA, is coming up quick! Get your entries in!
The trial is Oct 18-19, this will be an evening trial due to the extreme heat at last year's trial. The trial is Friday and Saturday evening, with a planned start of 4:00pm (may start later depending on entries and weather). Trial will end at 10pm each night.
Our judge is Bill Pinder. Trial includes titling classes for all levels as well as Steeplechase and Grand Prix. Trial will be one judge, two rings, with rings alternating.
Trial is at Kino Sports Complex in Tucson, outside on their nice, green grass. Kino has dry RV parking right next to the field.
This trial will have our annual Judy Guillot Memorial Award for Gamblers: This award is given to the dog with the most points in their gamblers run at the Adv/P2/Starters/P1 level. The winner will get a trophy and a gift certificate for a future trial. So, if your dog is at this level, be sure to enter Gamblers for a chance to win! (This award is not open to Masters because we have a different award at our Dec trial that is Masters/P3 only).
The trial will also have a Halloween themed volunteer raffle where you can win a Halloween bucket of toys and treats for helping out at the trial! Volunteers will also be paid in scrip.
This is expected to be a small trial, so if you're someone who prefers smaller, more laid-back trials (or is new to USDAA), this is a good one to come to!
