Samhain Meanderscape

This unique sound bath combines traditional sound therapy with music and found sound, weaving together field recordings , carefully selected musical ambience and the therapeutic frequency of singing bowls and rhythtmic percussion. I aim to induce dream like states, taking the nervous system on a journey into reset, soothing the mind, slowing the brain and in turn, relaxing and rebalancing the body.

I call these sound journeys MEANDERSCAPES.

This session fall on the eve on Samhain, the celtic festival that celebrates our transition into the winter months. I will be taking inspiration from this transition - the harvest months to winter, from light to dark, from activity to rest.

Yoga mats, bolsters and blankets wlll be provided. Please wear comfortable clothes and if you are unable to lie on the floor please let me know and i will provide an alternative.

Some nourishing refreshments will be offered at the end with some time for chats and integration, if you wish.

This event is not suitable for you if:

• You are in your first trimester of pregnancy

• You have a severe mental health condition
