A dynamic yoga class linking breath & movement to build strength, flexibility & mindfulness. Weather permitting, we practice on the rooftop!
Join us for a dynamic, flowing yoga class that connects breath with movement through creative sequences designed to build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. Experience the serenity of practicing on the Etage rooftop, offering stunning views of downtown, weather permitting. All levels welcome! This is part of a weekly class series.

In the case of rain or unsafe conditions, class will either be moved indoors or canceled. Final weather calls will be made via email by 3pm for evening classes and 8am for morning classes.
If class moves indoors, you’re always welcome to still join us—or you can opt for a class credit within 1 hour of the update.
If class is canceled due to weather, instructor illness, or any other unforeseen circumstances, your booking will automatically be converted into a class credit (no refunds). Credits must be used within 60 days and are valid for classes of equal or lesser value.

Per Etage Athletic Club's policy, all guests of the facility must be 18+.
BYOM: Please remember to bring your own yoga mat to class for a comfortable and enjoyable practice. If you don’t have a mat, a towel will work as an alternative :)
Parking & Arrival Info
Parking is available at Etage’s garage on Stanwix St — bring your ticket in for up to 3 hours of validation!
When you arrive:
- Take the elevator to the lobby and exit to Stanwix St.
- Etage’s entrance is on your left — press the intercom and wait for the door to unlock.
- Head down the stairs to check in. The front desk will guide you to class.
