Trick-or-Treat at 40+ businesses along College Avenue and some side streets! Costume contests for kids and pups! Halloween-themed activities at businesses, including spooky sales, creepy eats, and family fun!There are loads of activities and offers throughout the district... like Rockridge Market Hall-oween, soda floats at Ben 'N Nick's, community ofrenda at Xocolate & Confections, craft tables at Blick Art and Bella Vita, prize wheel at Crossroads Trading, sales and offers, and so much more!
