Join us for a cosy, Halloween-themed Reformer Pilates class designed to stretch, strengthen and recharge your body, followed by delicious treats, and time to unwind and yap.
We’ll kick things off with an energising Reformer Pilates session led by @pilateswithaisha - the perfect way to move your body, and clear your mind.
Afterwards, gather round with delicious treats from @thetrustedcrumb and autumnal drinks from @urbangrind while relaxing, chatting and getting to know some other like-minded people. 💚
And because we love a little extra treat… every guest will also go home with a goodie bag filled with self-care goodies! 😍
