The University Graduate School supports postgraduates at the University of Birmingham. We offer a variety of academic, social and wellbeing activities throughout the year. You can find out more about our events in Semester Two and the summer, here.
Staying on campus in the April break? Join the University Graduate School for an Easter social!
Come and mark the start of the holidays with your postgraduate taught community. We'll have some Easter food and drink, and some British Easter traditions!
Westmere House is the Postgraduate Research Hub on campus - we're thrilled that they've reached out to the PGT community and loaned us their home! If you are returning to Birmingham for a Postgraduate Research degree next year (such as PhD or MRes), come along also for an exclusive look at the space!
Westmere House is situated on Edgbaston Park Road, around a 10 minute walk from central campus (Find it as G15 on the campus map).
Westmere House has beautiful gardens as well as indoor spaces. Weather permitting, we'll enjoy some garden games!
You'll also have the chance to meet our new team of UGS Scholars.
Please note: Alcohol will be served at this event, with a range of non-alcoholic drinks available.
This event is open only to University of Birmingham postgraduate taught students (PGT).
PGT programmes include: MA, MSc, MBA, MEd, LLM, MPH, Maths SKE, MPA, PG Affiliate, PG Certificate, PG Dip Ed, PG Diploma, and PGCE.

Registration will close 15 mins before the event start time or when tickets are sold out. We will be checking attendees against the Eventbrite registration and you may be refused entry if we have met capacity and you are not on the list. We have limited capacity so please cancel your ticket if you can no longer attend.
