Join us this Easter holiday for a participatory performances in Thamesmead, an experience for families and children 7 years and above.
About this Event

Peabody is delighted to announce that we have partnered with Trashed to deliver two days of fun performances over the Easter holiday at the Tump 53 Nature Reserve and at the Moorings Sociable Club!

Loki; the Lord of Mischief is a participatory storytelling experience as winter become spring and the ice starts to melt will one mischief maker stand in its way?

This active storytelling session sees our audience join our storyteller and acting company on the journey of a would-be hero looking to change his stars. Inspired by wondrous tales from Norse Mythology, our young audience members will visit a world of Gods and Monsters, and experience the story of Loki as he tries to save us all...from himself!

The event is free for all Thamesmead families and free lunch will be provided.

We have two dates with a morning session at 11am and an afternoon session at 2pm:

- Monday 3rd April at the Tump 53 Nature Reserve. This performance will be outside where seating will be available, we encourage you to wrap up warm, bring a blanket.

- Saturday 8th April at the Moorings Sociable Club.

Lunch will be served between 1-2pm.

Age guide:

Our interactive material has been developed with the 5-11 group in mind. However, these are family shows and can be enjoyed by all ages.

**No child should attend this event unsupervised. Given that the Tump 53 Nature Reserve has open water, children must be accompanied by an adult aged 18+ at all times **
