If you have never been to a cuddle social before, this is the perfect event to explore and find out what it's all about!

This event will be held on Saturday, October 29th @thriveonhealth at 5 pm! Doors open at 4 pm

Please choose to pay $15 (the struggle is real) $25 (life is good) or $35 (I live in abundance and can support others)at the door! Please bring cuddly costume to wear (and remember it can get warm cuddling so layers)and anything that makes u feel safe! Snacks and candy treats are welcome! (Intoxicants are not)

A Cuddle Social is a guided experience where one can receive and give touch, feeling connected to themselves and one another. It is a place to relax and practice communication tools that are applicable in friendships, workplace environments, and relationships of every nature. ALL genders and orientations - individuals, groups, and couples - are welcome.

Touch is NEVER a requirement to participate.
At my event, you may experience an increased sense of well-being and belonging, a boost in compassion and playfulness, a decrease in blood pressure, and a better night's sleep.
This safe space provides opportunities to meet new friends, connect with partners in a soulful new way and be part of a warm safe huggable tribe. You are guaranteed to have a memorable and magical experience.
SCHEDULE
4:00 PM Registration begins. Note: doors close at 5:00 PM. No one will be admitted after 5:30 PM (You can text 412-368-2409 if you are running late and call if the doors are locked)
5:15 PM Opening Circle, relaxation activities & meditation, communication exercises, cuddle etiquette, voluntary cuddle lab
8:15 PM Closing circle / Fond Farewells
We will be going over and co-creating some community guidelines with the intention of empowering one another and keeping ourselves and one another safe.
