About Soul Coffee & Co.
On March 2, 2026, The Soul Coffee and Co. officially opened its doors in Holly Hill—bringing with it much more than just great coffee. This thoughtfully designed space offers a welcoming experience centered around community, comfort, and connection.
Owners Raymond Hall and Amelie Girard set out with a clear vision: to create a place where high-quality coffee meets a warm, family-friendly atmosphere. Their focus goes beyond serving excellent beverages—they’ve created an environment where everyone feels at home.
One of the standout features is a dedicated children’s area, where kids can color and draw while parents relax and enjoy their coffee. It’s a small touch that makes a big difference for families looking for a comfortable place to unwind.
While guests can enjoy a selection of muffins, Belgian waffles, and an expanding variety of pastries, the true heart of the business lies in delivering an exceptional coffee experience—one that is quickly earning recognition as some of the best in Volusia County.
