For an elegant Easter brunch look no further than Ocean Prime. In honor of the holiday Ocean Prime features its exclusive Easter brunch menu available Easter Sunday April 9 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Diners can start their celebration with a delicious cocktail such as a Citrus Rhubarb Mimosa with Giffard Rhubarbe fresh orange juice and Dry Curacao ($14); Tequila Sour made with Don Julio Reposado tequila Velvet Falernum grapefruit and lime juices and orange bitters ($16) or a Bloody Mary with house-made pepper-infused vodka shrimp cocktail and cornichons ($21).

The Warm Cinnamon Bread with cream cheese frosting ($12) is the perfect start for the table to share while guests decide among the tempting entrees such as:
