The course is aimed at complete beginners, taking participants through land training exercises, equipment handling and on-water rowing boats
About this Event

Please be aware: This activity for your Young people aged between 12-16 years

. You will need to bring the following equipment with you:-

Water
Towel
Change of clothes
Hand Sanitiser

we ask that you don't touch other peoples equipment. If you arrive later than 5 minutes after start time you will be unable to attend the session and will asked to leave.
