Hey y’all! We are back with another Move Ya Body & Matcha: Halloween Edition! This will be our first reformer Pilates class held at BK Pilates Optimist Park! • Ticket includes the reformer Pilates class, matcha, pumpkin decorating after the class, and a goodie bag! There will also be vendors to shop for jewelry and an opportunity for a mini facial! • Come in your fave Pilates Princess costume (pink or black), don’t forget grip socks and we can’t wait to have a scary good time! • Class starts promptly at 11:30am and there is street parking available along with a paid parking lot on 22nd street!
