Welcome to Manny’s 2023 Fitness Valentine’s Day week! ❤️
This week we spread the joy and the love of fitness! ?‍♀️????‍♀️?
Here is the lineup (2/13-2/16)?
Monday 6pm: Yoga is my Valentine ?
A special yoga class and playlist with a touch of love! The theme is I ❤️ yoga
Tuesday 5pm Body Combat: Will Burpee for Candy ?
Let’s punch, kick, and love burpees! The more burpees, the more candy you can have! ? A body combat class with plenty of kicks, punches, and burpees! ? You will love burpees by the end of this class! ❤️‍?
Wednesday 6pm Zumba: Dance like Cupid ?
Dance is love! ❤️ So many connections are formed through dance. Dance is a beautiful art. Come join us for a lovely Zumba class that will get your heart skipping a beat! ?The class will be glowin’ with love! ?
Thursday 5:30 pm Spin: You Make My Heart Race ?
Feel the love during this unique spin class! Your heart will sure “race” to the beat! ?
Wear Valentine’s Day colors or Valentine’s Day themed clothing! (Red, pink, etc) ?
