Kmon and Kompany was created with the intention of creating spaces for the POC LGBTQIA+ community. The DMV community has some spaces for us to be free and let our hair down, but we say "some" sparingly - tied in with the "campiness" of dressing up. This event is not only to celebrate our love but to celebrate our inner child.
