Aerial yoga uses a low hanging silk fabric to support your body through the flow movement of yoga. It's super fun, exciting & leaves you feeling amazing!
We use the support of the hammock to stretch, flow, move, flip & invert! The session will finish with a guided relaxation as you lay cocooned in the hammock... bliss!
The booking is for ONE child and ONE adult. If you'd like to book another parent or child please contact us as one booking books two places. Bookings are for children 10 years plus.
Sammy will be leading the class and Emma will be on the studio floor free at any point for anyone who needs a hand in the hammocks! So you'll have lots of support and encouragement.
Plenty of options are given so parents- don't worry! You'll be fine!
Please make sure you're wearing comfortable clothing that you can move in and we will be barefoot during the session.
We are so excited for this event!!! spaces are very limited so please book early to avoid disappointment.
Both Samy and Emma are qualified an insured children's yoga teachers.
